When I started writing my book, the title imposed itself! Why?

Because it is for all of us a part of our journey! At some point in our life, we are our own worst enemy to someone, something, or ourselves!

We often get ourselves in our own way to the happiness and joy we seek! We do it at work, at home, with certain people and in all kinds of situations.

Meanwhile, the only thing we are truly chasing is harmony! Everything else hides this truth!

This talk, which can be moderated interactively, seeks to shed light on why we are our own worst enemy, and how we can start making a change. A transformation that will impact us and those around us.

All participants will come out with their own little pearl, often different, but which will lead them to be more aware and conscious, to have more perspective and to trigger change for those moments when they are their worst enemy.

Moving from doing to being in sales!

I’ve spent my life in business and sales, hence I know a lot about this topic. But, what I know even more is the human experience, the journey unto one goes to be in harmony with himself/herself.

Amongst all roles in a business, sales must be at the top of the list where one can become is own worst enemy. It’s highly human-centric and there are numerous situations where we can get triggered or refrain from doing what should be done.

Traditionally sales training and coaching will address this by giving you more tools and techniques to overcome those situations. Unfortunately, it’s merely a bandaid. If we do not explore the roots of where this is coming from for each individual, it is bound to show up again.

I want to explore the why’s and not the how’s in this keynote! Engage honestly with your team and open a dialogue that will help everyone open up to a transformation and new perspective of how one should BE in sales to feel safe, happy and even more successful.
